The prints was actually really nice, and I didn’t have any problem with the quality at all. Everything looked good when it finally showed up. The only thing is the turnaround was slower than I expected, and my order sat for a bit before it even shipped. Not a bad experience, just not the best if you need something quick. I’d probably order again, but only when I’m not in a rush.

I was a little disappointed with how these turned out. The photos looked really clear and sharp on my phone before I ordered them, so I was expecting the prints to have that same crisp look. But when they arrived, they were noticeably soft and kind of fuzzy, almost like they were slightly out of focus. I know printed photos can sometimes look a bit different than they do on a screen, but this was more blurry than I expected. Overall, not the result I was hoping for

When I first got the prints, I was kinda disappointed because the colors looked a bit off and they weren’t as sharp as I expected. I was ready to be annoyed about it, but after looking at them again, they’re still usable, just not as vibrant as I was hoping.

To their credit, they responded fairly quickly and arranged replacements without any hassle. It did take a few extra days, which was a little inconvenient, but the new prints looked much better. I would have rated it higher if everything had been correct the first time, but overall, their service was solid and I appreciated how they handled it.

My order came in, but a bunch of the prints were the wrong size, and a few of them weren’t even my photos. Not really sure what happened there, but it was frustrating.

I mean, the prints came out fine, so I’m not saying it was a bad experience or anything. I did like that I could customize them a little, but some of the options felt basic. I was hoping there would be more layout choices and that editing would be a bit easier. Again, the final result was okay, I just thought it would be more flexible than it was.

I’ve ordered from Persnickety Prints a few times now and the photos are still looking good. Some are in frames, some ended up getting passed around and handled by my kids a bunch, and somehow they’ve held up fine. The colors still look nice too, which I noticed the other day while moving things around. The corners don’t seem to bend super easily either. One print did have a tiny little mark on it, but it wasn’t enough to bother me. Anyway, overall I’m happy with them and I’d order again.

The product pages were okay, and I did eventually find what I needed, but the menus weren’t super clear and the checkout kept acting up on me. I ordered this thinking it would arrive within the original delivery window, but then the date kept changing like the goalposts were being moved. First it was supposed to be one day, then suddenly it was later, then later again. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. the whole shipping experience was slow and frustrating, and I probably won’t order from them again.

I tried using my promo code at checkout and it just wouldn’t work. I kept messing with it, refreshing, and double-checking the terms like I was supposed to patiently figure it out myself, which was annoying. In the end, the code was basically useless.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from Persnickety Prints: the website was easy to use, so I really expected a smoother experience. The prints weren’t terrible, but a few came out darker than they looked when I ordered, and one had a bent corner, which was frustrating.
Shipping also took longer than I expected. I did contact support, and they responded, but it felt slow and not very helpful. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but for what I was hoping for, I’d be cautious. I probably won’t order from them again.

I had a easy time using the editor overall. The tools made sense once I got going, though I did keep jumping back to the cropping part because it felt a little less smooth than the rest. Not a huge deal, just one of those small things you notice while you're trying to get everything lined up right. In the end, the prints came out how I wanted, so I’m happy with it

I went back and checked my files afterward, and they looked totally fine on my end, so I’m not sure what went wrong. The whole thing kind of had that feeling like no real person was checking the order or noticing how off the prints looked. These were supposed to go in a scrapbook, so it was a letdown. I probably wouldn’t order again.
